  6. The headrest can be moved 
  7. forward or backward with the 
  8. small knob just below the 
  9. patient's chin.  Turn the knob 
  10. clockwise to move the patient's 
  11. head back (when the focus 
  12. control was all the way back 
  13. towards the examiner and the 
  14. mires still not in focus) and 
  15. counter-clockwise to bring the 
  16. forehead forward towards the 
  17. instrument (when the focus control 
  18. was all the way forward and the mires 
  19. were still not in focus).
